• A drawing that did not nest as expected. The file, if you can share it, and what you expected. The notes on the job page name the file and the reason.
• A format or controller you need. Which software or machine you run, and a sample file if you have one. What shops ask for sets the order of the planned items.
• A row of the Deepnest comparison that is out of date. The row, and where the current fact is published.
• Your account or a quote. The shop name and the quote number.
