Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of Nest&Quote (nestandquote.com) during the beta. Last updated 15 October 2026. This is a translation; the German version applies.

1. Provider and scope

Nest&Quote is a service of Metin Vural (postal address in the privacy policy), reachable at hello@nestandquote.com. Nest&Quote is for businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB, that is, for shops that use it in their trade or profession, not for consumers. By signing up you accept these terms.

2. The beta

  • During the beta, Nest&Quote is free of charge. Costs arise only once we have announced a paid plan to you by email and you have agreed to it.
  • Nest&Quote is in development. Features may change, be added or be removed. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise any particular availability.
  • We may end the beta. We announce it at least four weeks in advance by email, so that you can keep your quotes and drawings.

3. Check the results

Nest&Quote calculates nests, cut times, weights, prices and quotes from your drawings, your entries and default values. They are proposals. Check them before you send a quote or cut parts. You are responsible for the quotes you send to your customers and for production.

4. Your data

  • Your drawings, quotes and other content remain yours. We use them only to run Nest&Quote for you.
  • How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy. We process your customers' data on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR); a data processing agreement is available on request.
  • You can have your account deleted at any time. Write to hello@nestandquote.com.

5. Your obligations

  • Upload only drawings and data you are entitled to use.
  • Keep your sign-in details secret and do not pass your account on. Colleagues can be invited to your team.
  • Do not attack Nest&Quote, work around its limits or burden it with automated mass requests.

We may block an account that breaks these rules.

6. Liability

Because the beta is free of charge, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

7. Ending the use

You can stop using Nest&Quote at any time. We can close an account with four weeks' notice by email, and at once if section 5 is broken.

8. Changes

If we change these terms, we tell registered users at least four weeks in advance by email. If you do not agree with the change, you can stop using Nest&Quote before it takes effect.

9. Law and jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin if you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
